Jansport & Eastpak from PAK30

• Please contact us to let us know why the item is to be returned.
• By reply we will issue you with a ‘Return Authorisation Number’
• The item should be posted back to Pak30 within 10 days of receipt. It must be returned within this time for us to accept the package. We will only accept packages that arrive with a ‘Return Authorisation Number‘ clearly marked on them. Items must be in a NEW and UNUSED condition. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system until they are signed for by an employee of Pak30. Returns are at your cost.

All returns will be subject to inspection and approval by Pak30. We will offer an exchange or a full refund on damaged or defective products if deemed required.
